The Joint Hospitality Suite will open at noon on Friday, May 22, 2009 following the schedule delineated below and will officially close Tuesday morning, May 26, 2009. As usual, the Hospitality Suite will be closed during official functions of the United Supreme Council.

2:00 a.m. The Joint Hospitality Suite officially closes

The Joint Hospitality is designed for the members of the three Orients attending the Annual United Supreme Council sessions to gather and socialize.  There will be a wide assortment of beverages, food and snacks that should satisfy everyone. Also, as always, the Hospitality Room will be a great place to hang out when the Supreme Council’s programs are out of session, and to catch up with old friends or just relax.
